Daging Bumbu Bali

Bahan
500 gr daging sapi, iris tipis kira2 5x3cm, kira2 aja
10 cm serai, memarkan
2 sdm kecap manis
garam secukupnya
1 sdt gula merah
1/2 sdt terasi

Bumbu halus
5 siung bawang putih
2 siung bawang merah
6 buah cabe merah
4 butir kemiri
1 cm jahe

Cara membuat
1. Tumis bumbu halus sampai harum
2. Masukkan daging, aduk sampai keluar airnya
3. Tambahkan kecap, terasi, dan gula, aduk
4. Tambahkan air sedikit2 sampai daging empuk, sesekali diaduk, masukkan garam di sini
5. Angkat, sajikan hangat
